That's why we created The Postpartum Program—daily postpartum meals, snacks, and teas nutritionally designed to support your physical recovery, boost your energy, and improve mood. If you’re breastfeeding, The Postpartum Program also supports your supply and quality of your milk. Each day, The Postpartum Meal Program includes:
3 Meals
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner — all cooked & ready to re-heat
2 Daily Snacks
To boost energy & support milk supply
2 Daily Teas
To hydrate and restore the body, and soothe the mind.
