We are part of the tribe that supports a new mother, cooking delicious and nourishing meals so that she can heal faster, enjoy more time and energy, and support emotional health. Our postpartum meals are centered around soups and stews, as well as plated meals, which support digestion and absorption of minerals and vitamins essential for postpartum recovery. We use organic or pesticide-free produce and grass-fed or pasture-raised animals, and we cook in small batches, so our meals are more nutritious and more flavorful.
