Delivering nutritious meals to support new moms & parents
After giving birth, food plays a critical role in a mother or birthing person's healing process. What your body needs now is different from what your body needed pre-birth and even pre-pregnancy. By eating well for postpartum nutrition, you can be better supported to recover faster, thrive postpartum, and experience the joys of early motherhood.

Our meals are chef-crafted & inspired by global postpartum rituals
We are part of the tribe that supports a new mother, cooking delicious and nourishing meals so that she can heal faster, enjoy more time and energy, and support emotional health. Our postpartum meals are centered around soups and stews, as well as plated meals, which support digestion and absorption of minerals and vitamins essential for postpartum recovery. We use organic or pesticide-free produce and grass-fed or pasture-raised animals, and we cook in small batches, so our meals are more nutritious and more flavorful.
Curried Kabocha & Lentil Soup
This comforting, plant-rich soup is made with antioxidant-rich kabocha squash, nourishing lentils, and pasture-raised chicken stock to nourish with essential minerals, nutrients, and collagen protein.
Healing Chicken Ginger Porridge
This soft, savory Chinese postpartum classic was made to nourish & heal. Pasture-raised chicken bone broth supplies essential minerals, nutrients, and collagen protein, while antioxidant-packed fresh ginger warms the body & soul.
Almond, Maple & Rosemary Oatmeal
Made to fuel motherhood, this protein and energy booster features a delicious blend of chia seeds, flax seeds, rolled oat, and goji berries. Topped with sweet and savory almond rosemary crunch.
Thai Tom Kha Gai
We love this Thai classic for a nourishing blend of lemongrass, ginger and coconut milk to support lactation. Delicious umami flavor from fish sauce provides a boost of vitamin D and iodine, essential for supporting immune & thyroid health.
Grass-Fed Beef Pho & Moringa Noodles
Postpartum superfood moringa supports lactation, hair health & a great supply of calcium, protein, potassium, iron & zinc. Shiitakes support immune & heart. Bok choy for antioxidants & selenium. Collagen & iodine rich beef and seaweed broth.
A beautiful medley of vitamin-packed bell peppers, luxuriously puréed black beans (also an excellent source of iron & protein), wholesome brown rice, and vegan chorizo made from a blend of almonds, walnuts, chickpeas & warming spices.
Beet Falafel Plate
We love this colorful plate of plant-powered postpartum nourishment supplying essential nutrients including iron, folate and B vitamins. Our fresh-made hummus is perfect for dipping beautiful herb falafel patties made from farm-fresh beets.

You can feel how much care they put into every detail, from easy communication, convenient weekly delivery, the beautiful unpacking experience, and simple instructions for enjoying the meals. Unbelievably beneficial to my lactation
As a first time mom, being able to heat up a meal without the fuss was an absolute life saver. I know it's curated with the nutrients my body needs to recover after giving birth. The food was so delicious and it was unbelievably beneficial to my lactation. My production increased by up to 10 oz each day!

An absolute must have after giving birth!
After birth, my husband and I were too exhausted to shop for groceries or cook. Takeout options were unhealthy, and I wanted to eat well because I was breastfeeding. After trying Ritual Meals, my milk production stayed strong! The food was so delicious and easy to reheat. It took so much stress off and gave us more time spend with our baby... an absolute must have after giving birth!

Supports my recovery and baby's nourishment
Ritual Meals provides a very intentionally designed and exquisitely delicious postpartum menu that takes away the guess work and supports my recovery and baby's nourishment. After giving birth, not only do I not have the time and energy to cook meals, but also I don't have the mental energy to decide what I feel like eating. I love keeping the Milk Making Nut Bombs and Date & Goji Energy Balls in my nursery's mini fridge for middle-of-the night snacking when feeding baby King.
