Why are some delivery dates not available to me?
Your delivery day options depend on your proximity to our kitchen facilities and are subject to change depending on the capacity of our kitchens and our customer volume.

How do I reschedule a delivery I skipped?
If you skip a delivery in advance and you decide you'd like to reschedule it, we’re happy to make that change for you before the weekly deadline (at least 8 days before your scheduled delivery week on Sunday 11pm CT). You can contact our Wellness Team at info@ritualmeals.com.

How do I skip a delivery?
If you're a weekly subscriber and you'd like to skip the upcoming delivery week, you can click on “Manage My Subscription” under your account and click “Skip” on the date of the order you wish to skip.
**Please note that you’re unable to change the date of your first order online yourself, but we’re happy to make that change for you. You can contact our Wellness Team at info@ritualmeals.com.

How do I edit my program options?
If you have a weekly subscription and you would like to change how many postpartum meals you receive each week, you’ll need to pause or cancel your existing subscription and subscribe to a new one with the number of days you want. For more information on the programs we offer, see our "How do the Ritual Meals programs work?" section under the General Information section of our FAQ.
