1) Pour stew into pot with 1/2 cup water. 2) Bring to simmer on medium-low heat, stir occasionally. Simmer for 5 mins or until 160F°. 3) Follow microwave instructions for barley. 4) Plate together, let cool & enjoy!
Microwave
1) Pour barley into microwave-safe bowl. 2) Heat for 2 mins. Stir & repeat until 160F°.
